Kete Barnes started his legal career as a law clerk for his tribal government on the reservation that he grew up on in Northern New York. After completing law school in Southern California, he joined a boutique commercial litigation firm and gained significant experience in a large variety of disputes. The language, purpose, and persausion in legal argument is readily understood by Mr. Barnes and just as readily applied to the various cases he has and will handle. Mr. Barnes also appreciates and understands the business of law. He aims and intends on limiting such work to that only necessary, rather than going through ordinary course of procedures unquestioned by many lawyers, regardless of practicality.
