WHO WE ARE

Paul Fricke and Kete Barnes founded Fricke & Barnes Law based on the belief that F&B Law could provide clients a more streamlined manner for their legal needs. We offer efficient, scalable, and premier legal services at a fraction of the cost of large- and medium-sized firms. We have over 25 years of collective experience across numerous industries, jurisdictions, and public and private forums, involving a wide variety of cases.

We provide premier legal services running the gamut of your legal needs. F&B Law has you covered from pre-litigation counseling, filing or responding to lawsuits, preparing your case for trial, trial and post-trial motions, to appeals. We work with you to develop a legal strategy that fits your goals and optimizes your chances for success. We recognize that this means different things for different clients. We listen to you; we do not impose our goals on you.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT 

We do not have overhead. Our highly skilled lawyers are available on an as-needed, hourly basis. Our lawyers regularly and successfully oppose legal teams from the largest law firms without issue. This means we will scale your legal team to fit your needs and your goals. We do not waste your money on meeting our needs.

WHAT WE PROMISE

We will drive your case to resolution in the most efficient and expeditious manner possible. We do not “baby sit” cases to generate revenue. We do not wait for opposing counsel to move along. We do not rush to settlement to avoid trial or because a new, bigger case comes our way. We apply continuous pressure on our opposition to ensure we get the best result for you in the shortest amount of time.
