Paul advises businesses through their entire life cycle.

Paul’s transactional practice spans structuring company formation, investor funding and buy-out agreements, licensing and other operational agreements, and mergers, acquisitions, and company sales. Paul works closely with business founders and owners to develop, understand, and achieve their goals.

Paul’s adversarial practice includes corporate records access, commercial transactional disputes, partner and owner disputes, and employee disputes. Paul seeks to optimize company outcomes through an any-means-necessary approach – he knows that negotiated dispute resolutions often yield the most efficient results but that some disputes require the blunt instrument of litigation. In either case, Paul zealously represents his clients’ interests.

Paul also has a robust insurance practice. He works with companies and carriers on insurance coverage issues, employing a pragmatic approach. He knows that the best results come from companies and carriers working together against a common adversary.
